The Developer either thinks they can "wait the Community out", or else think that all of our objections and arguments against the proposal don't count for them.

You can rest assured that all comments made before the original L&E Court hearing are still evidence in front of the Court.

You can rest assured that any objections made since the Hearing are also evidence in front of the Court.
