From Feb 2020 when MCC notified the community of the amended DA, all discussions, objections and lodged evidence became “historical” and therefore irrelevant to the L&EC in relation to the matter of DAxx/xxx
None of the previously lodged objections are carried over to the Land and Environment Court hearing of the amended DA.
You may come to the opinion that the amended DA does not effectively address the issues raised by the Community. If you are so moved, you need to lodge an objection to the council by April 10, 2020.

L&E Court conducts Conciliation Conference on site
Community speakers presented evidence against the development
Speaker list was decided after consultation with Community
Community planning done in coordination with Council's Legal Team
Evidence provided by individual Community speakers bundled up with Council evidence/argument against the DA and submitted to the L&E Court through the Commissioner
Conciliation Conference abandoned by the Commissioner on the basis of objections provided
Late August, 2019
The matter then went back in front of the Registrar of the L&E Court for the
allocation of a hearing date for the proceedings
September 2019
Proceedings set down by Land & Environment Court for late March 2020
January 2020
Developer lodged amended plans to be considered by L&E Court
Land & Environment Court granted leave for those amended plans to be relied
on in the matter and directed Council to notify those plans
Feb 5, 2020
L&EC heard motion of amended plans, vacated the March hearing
